My approach to well-being

I take a collaborative and flexible approach to therapy. Together we explore what feels most helpful for you and tailor the process to your individual needs.

Individual therapy

I offer individual talk therapy for adults in English and Polish. This is a space where you can speak openly about what’s on your mind—whether that’s anxiety, feeling low, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling lost or overwhelmed.

In our sessions, we slow things down and make sense of what you’re going through. Together, we explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns, helping you understand yourself more clearly and find ways to cope and move forward.

I work in a collaborative and flexible way, drawing on different approaches such as CBT, ACT, and person-centred therapy— adapting to what feels most helpful for you.

I’m particularly mindful of cultural differences and the experience of living away from home.

About Me

I came to psychotherapy through an interest in how our thoughts, emotions, and life experiences shape who we are becoming. I see people as having a natural capacity for growth and change, and I understand therapy as a space that can support this process. I’m particularly interested in how change can begin when we start to understand ourselves more fully. I believe that having a space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard can create the conditions for meaningful change, and this is an important part of my work.

I hold an MSc in Pluralistic Counselling and Psychotherapy and I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
